Moon Dust Release Debut Album MOONDUST

Notting Hill Music is proud to announce the release of MOONDUST, the debut album from Moon Dust - the collaborative project between electronic pioneer Lol Hammond and visionary producer Richard Norris.

Following the release of their first EP The Glow, the album sees the duo expand their shared sonic language into a full-length body of work that explores atmosphere, texture and emotional depth. Rooted in ambient and cinematic traditions, MOONDUST builds on the delicate piano motifs and immersive production that defined the project’s introduction, developing them into a broader, more expansive listening experience.

Lol Hammond, known for his work with Drum Club and Slab! as well as his extensive career as a composer and music supervisor, brings a refined melodic sensibility to the record. His expressive piano arrangements form a central thread throughout the album, grounding its more abstract moments in warmth and clarity.

Richard Norris, whose work spans The Grid, Beyond The Wizards Sleeve and the Music for Healing series, shapes the album’s sonic architecture with his signature depth and attention to detail. His production creates a sense of space and immersion, allowing each piece to unfold gradually and organically.

Together, the pair craft a record that moves fluidly between stillness and subtle momentum - a collection of compositions that invite introspection while maintaining a rich, cinematic scope. Where The Glow offered a first glimpse into their collaborative world, MOONDUST fully realises it, presenting a cohesive and deeply atmospheric album.

Now available across all major streaming platforms, MOONDUST marks a significant new chapter for both artists and introduces Moon Dust as a compelling new voice in contemporary ambient and electronic music.
