The Molotovs score two UK Top 10 chart positions with “Urbia”

Notting Hill Music is delighted to congratulate The Molotovs after their new single “Urbia” secured two fantastic positions on the Official UK Charts.

The track entered the Official Singles Sales Chart at No. 6 while also reaching No. 3 on the Official Physical Singles Chart, giving the band another major achievement in what has already been an incredible year.

Released earlier this month, “Urbia” is the first taste of The Molotovs’ forthcoming second album, Welcome to Urbia. The single introduces the next era of the band with all the urgency, attitude and infectious guitar-driven energy that have made them one of the UK’s most exciting young acts.

The new chart success follows the release of their debut album, Wasted on Youth, which reached No. 3 on the Official UK Albums Chart earlier this year. Their previous singles have also enjoyed impressive physical and vinyl sales, demonstrating the passionate following the band have built across the country.

The Molotovs have continued that momentum on the road, bringing their high-energy live show to audiences across the UK as anticipation builds for their next record.
